Type II Anodize (Class 1 and 2)

type iI Sulfuric anodizing is used on applications to improve its aesthetics, provide vibrant color coatings, and good wear and corrosion resistance. Sulfuric anodizing (Type II) uses conventional coating methods produced from a sulfuric acid bath.We offer both clear (class 1) and dyed coatings (class 2).  Chromate Conversion Coating ROHS and Non ROHS

Chromate conversion coating of aluminum is a type of coating applied to aluminum alloys to provide corrosion protection. it can also be used as a primer for painting processes. The process uses various chromium compounds which may include hexavalent(Cr6) chromium clear or gold,or ROHS compliant non-hexavalent(Cr3) chromium compounds clear ONLY.(class 1a) (class 3 coatings).

Type III (hardcoat) anodizing is an anodizing process that forms an extremely hard and abrasion resistant finish. its hardness characteristics are second only to diamonds. We offer both natural color (class 1), dyed (class 2) and PTFE Impregnated coatings.
