Type II Anodize (Class 1 and 2)

type iI Sulfuric anodizing is used on applications to improve its aesthetics, provide vibrant color coatings, and good wear and corrosion resistance. Sulfuric anodizing (Type II) uses conventional coating methods produced from a sulfuric acid bath.We offer both clear (class 1) and dyed coatings (class 2). Our lists of colors are in the color chart section.

Chromate Conversion Coating ROHS and Non ROHS

Chromate conversion coating of aluminum is a type of coating applied to aluminum alloys to provide corrosion protection. it can also be used as a primer for painting processes. The process uses various chromium compounds which may include hexavalent(Cr6) chromium clear or gold,or ROHS compliant non-hexavalent(Cr3) chromium compounds clear ONLY.(class 1a) (class 3 coatings).

 Passivation Of Stainless Steel

Passivation is the process of treating stainless steel in order to remove the free iron, and enhance corrosion Protection. Nitric or citric acid available.

ISO 13485 certified process

Electropolishing Of Stainless Steel

Electropolishing is an electrochemical process similar to, but the reverse of, electroplating.

The electropolishing process smooths the surface and can provide a matte or mirror finish. It also can be used for light deburring or material sizing.

ISO 13495 certified process.

Masking

We offer precision masking all across the board for titanium anodize, aluminum anodize, and Media blasting.

Type III Anodize (Class 1 and 2)

Type III (hardcoat) anodizing is an anodizing process that forms an extremely hard and abrasion resistant finish. its hardness characteristics are second only to diamonds. We offer both natural color (class 1), dyed (class 2) and PTFE Impregnated coatings.

Media Blasting

Abrasive grit blasting, or glass beading is a surface treatment process widely used in a variety of different industries with many diverse purposes such as profiling or texturing a surface to provide a matte finish, better adhesion prior to finishing or just for cleaning.

Titanium Anodizing

Anodizing titanium is a process that adjusts the oxide level of surface. This adjustment changes the spectrum of light, resulting in perceived color. By precisely controlling the surface oxide level, an entire range of colors can be produced. the coating is bio compatible and does not use organic or inorganic dyes to color the surface.

ISO 13485 certified process.
